Network Governance · Advertising Policy

How we handle ads, sponsorships & paid placements.

Advertisement.bio outlines the rules for what kind of advertising ronarn AS accepts, rejects, and how paid commercial opportunities interact with our editorial independence.

  • No paid ranking boosts or hidden promotions.
  • No “sponsored reviews” disguised as editorial content.
  • No preferential placement in exchange for payment.
  • Full separation of editorial decisions and advertising income.

For more detail on affiliate links and financial transparency, see Affiliates.bio and Transparency.bio.

1. We do not sell rankings or placements

ronarn AS does not accept money, gifts, discounts or incentives to:

  • rank a product higher
  • include a product in a top list
  • recommend a product over its competitors
  • feature a product in hero sections or “top picks”

All rankings and product placements are based on formula quality, usefulness, evidence, user experience patterns and availability—not payment.

2. Sponsored posts are not allowed on comparison sites

We do not publish sponsored product reviews or sponsored product articles on:

  • comparison hubs (.com)
  • education hubs (.bio)

If we ever publish sponsored or co-created content elsewhere, it will be:

  • clearly labeled as “Sponsored” or “Paid Partnership”
  • kept separate from product rankings and educational pages

3. We may accept ads only under strict conditions

While most ronarn sites are intentionally ad-free, ads may be considered if:

  • they are clearly separated from content
  • they do not interfere with rankings or editorial content
  • they are relevant to the topic and safe for users
  • they follow local laws and advertising standards

We reject ads from companies that:

  • make false or exaggerated claims
  • lack basic safety or regulatory compliance
  • promote harmful, deceptive or unethical products

4. Editorial independence comes first

Advertisers do not see drafts, do not influence the writing, and cannot preview or modify our content.

Editors and writers operate separately from affiliate and advertising decisions.

For detailed editorial standards, see Standards.bio.

5. What we disclose

When advertising or paid partnerships occur, we disclose them using:

  • “Sponsored”
  • “Paid Partnership”

Unclear or hidden ads are never permitted.
